Could be: Could be multiple things from dehydration to lack of certain vitamins or minerals or insufficient nutrition or other things. Go to see your physician for an appropriate work up. Drink 8 glasses of water daily, take a multivitamin in the am and get a least 7-8 hours of sleep at night. Eat a well balanced diet.
