Lh: Lightheadedness is most often caused by less than required blood flow to the whole brain suddenly, usually caused by a abrupt blood rush to regions below the heart (legs hold a lot of blood) and less available to be pumped up to brain. Inadequate water intake, medications, and many other more rare things can cause this.
