Hawaii: If you didn't live in hi, i'd worry about malaria, but i know you don't have any there. Still, it sounds like a periodic fever. Do you take your temperature? Is it elevated? Do you get night sweats? If the answers are yes, you have an infectious disease and you need testing to determine which one.
