Bruise: Not sure about the age of your child. Glad that you caught her before she hit her head on the floor. Place an ice-pack over the affected area on the face. For children above the age 6 months you can give a dose of children's Motrin (ibuprofen) / Ibuprofen = this is an anti-inflammatory medicine and will be helpful for the enlarging bruise (also known as contusion). Call your pediatrician, follow-up asap.
