Musculoskeletal pain: If there was no recent trauma to your hand... The pain could be tendon irritation, joint soreness of your knuckles. In general over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medicines could be helpful. But in light of kidney disease, tylenol (acetaminophen) / Acetaminophen will be the better choice. Good luck & feel better.
