1 tube, 2 ovaries: All other things being equal your chance of pregnancy is basically identical, but simple arithmetic says it may take (on average) up to twice as long to conceive, unless you are lucky.

Possibly: The best thing you have going for you fertility wise is that you are 26. I would give it 6 month to a year of trying before worrying.
