I was ovulating on 50mg clomid (clomiphene) but upped it to 100mg as still wasn't pregnant iv missed a period but not pregnant what would cause my missed period?

Well, first: I would not increase Clomid (clomiphene) f ovulating, it can cause thickening of the cervical mucus and inhibit sperm, if ovulating you should have bleeding, if not, call the person prescribing the clomid (clomiphene). Good luck.
