Lytes: You may have an electrolyte imbalance. It gets hot in orlando in september - sweating can do it. A blood sample (basic metabolic profile) would easily diagnose it.

A lot of things: You could be dehydrated. You would be surprised to know how many of us walk around dehydrated. Especially when you see so many people with water bottles in hand. Most women need one half gallon or 2.2 liters a day. More if you are physically active or live in a hot climate.
