No, but: The prep procedure which consists of cleaning the colon with purgatives and profuse, watery diarrhea will not enhance his amorous feelings (or yours)! conceiving your baby should be fun and memorable. Why not wait till next month? Candle-light dinner and soft music?

No: Colonoscopy is the procedure to see colon through colonoscopy. It would not effect the sperm or it's function thanks.
