Mild: You have subclinical thyroid deficiency. Recheck it in 3-6 months. It may resolve on its own. Treat it only if you feel you're getting symptoms.

Hypothyroid: In the early stages of hypothyroidism you may have no symptoms at all. Frequently it is diagnosed by a screening blood test for tsh. This is called the subclinical stage, when the only indication of hypothyroidism is elevated tsh. It would also be helpful to know what the value of your free T3 (liothyronine) and free T4 are.

Probably hypothyroid: May be subclinical but eventually would have symptoms. Need to know if you have the antibodies.
