Toddler has small clusters of tiny red/white bumps on upper leg. i put hydrocotisone cream on it. doesn't bother him. what could this be? worry?

Maybe normal: Keratosis pilaris causes red/white bumps on thighs (often cheeks, upper arms, too) nothing bad. Other causes possible. If itchy, weeping, crusty, painful, fluid filled, then could be other issues.

Bite with irritation: ? If it does not bother him then do not bother to treat it and watch it. If it starts to spread then it might need to be seen by the pediatrician.
