From what I read: Since it is not available in the usa it is not a first line drug but used as secondary line of help to try to increase blood flow. It is not really an indication of this medication. Good luck.

Cinnarizine: I could find no literature that suggested that cinnarizine was documented to help in pat, ischemic stroke or tia. It is a weak calcium blocker.
