Unlikely: Involuntary motor activity, including rare instances of tremor and convulsions, has been reported, usually with doses considerably higher than those recommended. Continuous therapy with over one gram per day has been employed in some patients without these effects having been encountered. If symptoms are gone you don't have tardive dyskinesia.

What are the chances of developing tardive dyskenesia from taking vistaril (hydroxyzine)? For instance, using it only when suffering from sinus congestion.
Can vistaril (hydroxyzine) cause slight quivering in the lips? I took four tabs (25mg) yesterday. Wasnt able to sleep it all off now i'm tired and my face quivers.
I am taking 100 mg of Vistaril (hydroxyzine) for sleep. I have a constant salty taste in my mouth. Could this be caused by the Vistaril (hydroxyzine)? Thank you.
