Pain from accident: Go see a primary care do (doctor of osteopathy), who offers osteopathic manipulation (omt). If you can't find one, you could look for a do who does full time omm (osteopathic manipulative medicine). If you cannot locate one, check online @ aoa-net.Org and look for a link to a do near you.

NSAIDs: Nsaids like advil or Aleve (naproxen) should help. Likewise, a hot shower will help to reduce the inflammation. Massage or chiropractic manipulation may also help. If not better, you should be seen.

First..: Before having manipulations of any kind, you need to make sure that there is no serious neck or spinal cord injury, which if manipilated may cause permanent damage.See er or orthopedist asap. Then if ok, consider therapy.
