I took clindamycin for 2days, my 4m baby and i got diarrhea but er says 2days is not long enough to get c diff and her lbm will go away. is this true?

Clindamycin: While c.Diff is always a concern with any broad spectrum antibiotic, Clindamycin certainly has been implicated as being responsible for c.Diff. However, Clindamycin can cause diarrhea on it's own, not related to a c.Diff infection. Clindamycin can cause a colitis but not often after only 2 days.
