It depends: I usually recommend taking medications only as prescribed. It would also depend on how much of the medicine you've already taken during the day. While dose schedules can vary between individuals, working with your doctor is the best solution for this question. If you are not taking Paxil (paroxetine) regularly, then i would suggest not just taking 10mg at bedtime. Medications are quite potent even at 10mg.
