Ur : In the right place. I am sure a gynecologist will come and see you soon! be patient however you can try to alert at least the nurse. I am sure your vitals ate normal. High chances that indeed it is an abortion!

Possible: You need a pregnancy test which will usually be positive stilll. If pos and with that bleeding then miscarriage would be likely. The doctor can help determine if you will need a d and c.
