Fallopian Blocked: If your fallopian tubes are blocked you cannot get an egg to pass through or sperm passing through the other way. I am hesitant to give you this diagnosis since this comes from the treating physician who has all of the data, but if you have fallopian tube blockages you cannot get pregnant. Right?

Blockages?: If you mean that you have proximal tubal blockages then this would prevent the egg and sperm from meeting up to fertilize. If it's the tubes that are blocked you need to see a reproductive endocrinologist/ infertility specialist if you want to get pregnant. You may need in vitro or there may be a method to open the tubes- depends on the blockage.
