Extra calcium: The body can only handle 600 milligrams of calcium at once. Extra calcium can build up in the bloodstream and, when excreted through kidneys in urine, it can cause a kidney stone. The bruises may be from lack of other nutrients, i recommend eating more greens. Hope this helped :].

Kidney stones: Most often renal (kidney) stones are the result of dehydration. However, some people are more prone to form stones than others. I would recommend seeing a urologist who can do a complete metabolic workup of your stones, urine and bloodwork. With that info- you and your doctor will have a better idea of why you form stones and how to prevent them in the future.
