I have been diagnosed with anxiety and take zoloft. today i had a surge of hot flash and dizzines, chest pain, short of breath for about 30 min. bp went to 145/101. an hour later it was 130/79. heart attack or likely anxiety? 27yo female?

Chest pain accompanied by shortness of breath is concerning and warrants evaluation. See your physician and obtain a resting EKG & cardiac enzymes. If normal, the next step would be a treadmill stress test to evaluate coronary circulation & look for possible blockages. At your age a more likely possibility was coronary artery spasm. A cardiologist is best to evaluate,test&advise you.
