Normal bp <!140/90: If you feel dizzy all the time, even though your number is normal, it is not good. Recommend you to get checked for orthostatic hypotension and any blockages in carotid arteries ( may require higher than normal BP to flow blood to brain) .If not orthostatic or nl carotids you may need madication adjustment since most of medications have side effect of dizziness..
