TRY, : Next time to breath through a brown bag, slowly. You probably over ventilate and that cause tingling numbness... Try relaxation techniques and seek help if it anxiety disrupts your life.

Not exactly sure: That i understand the sensation but if anxiety related you can start here. If you can find a quiet place - do so. Breath in slowly & deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to. If you haven't been assessed for your panic/ >.

Relaxation exercises: I would recommend the first of all practice relaxation exercises. Sometimes these are called jacobson relaxation exercises, no relation to me. If you google those terms on the internet you will find directions on how to do these. They are extremely simple. You should have no problem taking care of your symptoms. If however you do, seek out the help of any psychotherapist who does relaxation therapy.
