PCOS and ovulation: If you had pcos and are not ovulating regularly, you may be pregnant and a pregnancy test would be best. If not, you may take Clomid (clomiphene) or Femara to get you to ovulate consistently and the ultrasound will be helpful to confirm when you are ovulating.
