Can antibiotics cause a swollen lymph node?

No: Swollen lymph nodes can be caused by many things- i.e. Infection, inflammation, cancer, trauma etc- not antibiotics. As a matter of fact-many times, we actually give a trial of antibiotic to treat lymph node enlargement.
