Seroquel (quetiapine): Regular release seroquel (quetiapine) is more sedating than the extended release xr. Usually after 8 hours or so, it starts to wear off. If excess sedation, talk to your doctor about dose adjustment.

Seroquel (quetiapine): Seroquel (quetiapine) can be quite sedating, but this effect may dissipate with time. You'll need to experiment to see how it is for you, with the timings you mention. The >10 hours of sleep you mention ought to be enough, though.
