Sinus Infection: Sinus infection can cause headaches--including pressure headaches. It often causes toothaches as well. No dental treatment is necessary--most often antibiotics will clear up the issue.

Feels like pressure: A sinus infection will put pressure on the lining of the sinus. The tissue that lines the sinus has a lot of nerve endings and when aggravated they make you feel like there is a lot of pressure in your head but there is only pressure on the nerve endings.

Yes !!!: Yes !..And the pain can be excruciating ( i know that personally) . Go see your medical doctor, and get evaluated so that you get placed on the proper antibiotics, if necessary.
