Yes it can: Often times chronic sinusitis can produce pain around or behind the eyes. In advanced conditions the infection can spread to the retro orbital structures which could lead to orbital cellulitis that could be vision threatening

Yes: It is common for the pressure buildup found in sinusitis to be felt in and around the eyes. The sinuses are above, below and between the eyes.
