Multi-modal approach: It sounds like you have more than one issue and thus your treatment ought to include more than just pt. You may want to see a physiatrist who can assess both your posture, spine, biomechanics, and function. Additionally, it appears that you have pulmonary issues for which your pmd or pulmonologist can optimize treatment. Pt is helpful but not as an isolated treatment for your conditions.
