See a physician: The most concerning thing about tingling left arm pain is the rare but very possible chance it is related to your heart. Have a physician examine you for this. It may also be nerve irritation stemming from either your neck or your brachial plexus that is leading to these feelings. You state you have a history of backpain and headaches, all could be related, need a physical exam.
