TOS: Chronic pain shoulder with parasthesias in associated arm of forties person suggests thoracic outlet syndrome (tos). Absent neck pain, neural impingement of shoulder region nerves evokes distal upper extremity parasthesias. Doctor to diagnose is physiatrist. Unequal station ; development of superior trapezium can lead to shoulder girdle asymmetry ; premature closure of costo-clavicular dimension.
