Yes, but....: If the fracture is not displaced and does not have an eye muscle trapped in it; yes it will heal on its own. But you must have an eye exam to make sure you don't have any muscle entrapment.

It depends: If the pieces of bone are still in close proximity, it may heal on its own, otherwise, probably not. Broken bones in the eye socket (orbit) can result in decreased eye movements, double vision, muscle entrapment and other serious problems. It is best to have an oculoplastic surgeon evaluate and follow it.
