There are many: Depends on how much benzos you are taking and how gradual is your taper. Common symptoms include insomnia, restlessness, irritability, depression, anxiety, tiredness, "restless legs", nightmares. Abrupt withdrawal from a high dose can lead to seizures, confusion, delirium, psychosis and death. It is safest to withdraw from benzos under the care and supervision of your md.
