Interdose rebound: I think that what you are referring to is between dose rebound. I have to say that i really have not seen this happen with Lorazepam as long as the person is on an every 6 to 8 hours schedule. If however the dosage interval goes beyond that then the original anxiety disorder is likely to flare up only to be relieved again when the next dose is taken. Therefore the answer to your question would likely be whatever symptoms were you had prior to being on Lorazepam would be likely to flare up in between doses.

Mostly recurrance: The most likely effect is recurrence of anxiety. If you are dependent on it, you could experience muscle aches or twitches, insomnia, agitation, irritibilty. If severe, one can get seizures. If you experience yhese severe symptoms go to er. Otherwise, work with professional to find alternative treatments for anxiety.
