More information...: We need more information on other symptoms as well in order to give you a good answer. Low abdomen issues in a female could be ovarian cysts, uterine fibromas, UTI, pelvic infections, constipation or bowel issues, pregnancy, among others. Make sure you see your doctor for exam and diagnosis.
