What are the indications of baby hiccuping in the womb?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Mom's can feel it.: Mom's can feel the fetus hiccuping in the womb. It is a rhythmic movement that is typical of having the hiccups. Infant when they are born hiccup a lot and this slowly improves as the baby gets older. It doesn't seem to bother infants as much as it does adults, and they don't seem to last as long.
