Typhoid: Salmonella typhi requires a high number of organisms to cause disease and is usually transmitted by the fecal oral route by grossly contaminated food or water. If you are doing oral sex on a penis that is not clean or immediately following anal sex without washing it is conceivable that transmission could occur, but this is not very probable.
