Possibly: Pain from the heart can be refer to the back, so if you have any doubt about the cause of your pain then you should immediately seek a medical evaluation to rule out a cardiac cause. More typically cardiac pain refers to the arm, and it would be rare to have palpable muscle spasms in the back form a cardiac cause. If your symptoms have not resolved then you should see your doctor.
