No.: That would be considered a non-standard treatment for ganglion cysts, and is not offered in my practice. Standard treatments include splinting, aspiration or removal of the fluid with a needle, and surgical excision.

Yes but is not used: Theoretically a laser could be used for this purpose but it is not treatment of choice.
