Cold sensitivity: You should absolutely not have any temperature senitivity following a root canal. You still could have sensitvity in the surrounding teeth.However none in a root canal treated tooth.

No: Sometimes there are extra canals in teeth that get overlooked. If there is still some live nerve tissue in something like this, you could still have some cold sensitivity.

NO!!: The one thing that the root canal does is alleviate sensitivity to cold. The cause of the "cold sensitivity" is probably not the tooth your think it is.
