Bite Adjustment: Your bite might be off by just a bit... if you're hitting that tooth harder than the rest of your teeth you will experience the symptoms you described. Have your dentist take a look.

Sensitivity: You had an infection that was treated with soft tissue surgery (root canal treatment) followed by hard tissue surgery (crown). The tissues that support the tooth may b e slightly inflamed, causing hyper function, or the crown itself may need (literally) microscopic adjustment. See your Dentist, this is probably a quick fix.
