White bumps on gums: It is hard , if not impossible , to answer this question properly. If you are asking about the internal aspect of upper jaw gums (called lingual or palatal) they can be as normal as excessive bone bulgues called" palatal tori"... Or if small ones on gums only... Called rugae, and normal anatomy of gums. But if external surface (facial aspect) they can still be normal and called "bone exostoses'
