Can not say: We can not say what it can be without looking at it or having a good description or a picture of the spot.It may ba an insect bite, or something else.If it is not painful and not associated with itching and any other symptoms you can watch and see if it will go away.But if it gets bigger or you get more spots or any other symptoms, than get it checked by your doctor.
