Start with primary: Try physcial therapy and nsaids. Tell your higher-ups about your problem and they may help you have a more ergonomic work station to try and alleviate your problems. If nothing helps you may need to see an interventional pain physician, but i would start with your primary care.

Ergonomics: Evaluate your posture and mechanics while you are at work. You may need different chair, props, elbow, wrist, etc. Positioning devices, or a new posture, or a new job if you can't find comfortable positioning.
