Walk and exercise: Stress can cause muscle to be in a state of increased tone. By continuing to be tight the Lactic Acid builds up. Acid sends signals of pain. Walking and exercise will circulate blood to your muscles washing out the acid.

Stress relievers: I am right there with you! that is where i feel my stress. Make sure to carve out time during your day (at least 45 minutes) just for you. Read, take a walk or a hot bath. You can also try moist heat while you watch your favorite show on television. Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day and avoid caffeine. Exercise (play) also helps!
