All: Thanks, mick, i don't have osteoarthritis. But if i did, i would use a combination of physical therapy and drugs. The oldest (and still works) is aspirin.

All: A balance of exercise, physical therapy, weight control, medication and injections can help and can contribute to preventing surgery. Each person has a different type of involvement and a different outcome.
