Sounds like a UTI: Burning with urination, an increase in frequency and urgency and foul smelling urine typically represents a urinary tract infection (uti). The best management is to see your md for a course of antibiotics. If the symptoms recur, then referral to a urologist might be indicated to search for a cause.
