Viral Symptoms: Hi!. Sorry you are not feeling 100%. Clusters of bumps in the mouth generally are due to a viral infection, especially if painful. Mucosal changes can be from infection, injury, allergies, irritants, and sometimes serious issues as well. Have these bumps examined and perhaps cultured for viral and/ or bacterial infections.
