Yes: Silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) cream is useful as an antibiotic and occlusive agent. The occlusion will help eczema. Eczema is helped greatly by not drying the skin and by moisture. Some additives such as fragrances and formaldehyde (in dryer sheets) can worsen eczema.
