Hematuria: Most women with blood in their urine will have a UTI (urinary tract infection), or kidney stone. @ 15 % of women with blood in the urine in your age group will have a tumor, or malignancy so it's important not to ignore this symptom. Your primary care doctor can check a culture to rule out infection. If the culture is negative you should see the urologist for further evaluation.
