Skin tag : I use a fine tip cautery under magnification. It has worked well for me.

Depends on size: I usually use a sharp westcott or vannas and bishop harmon. Usually steristrip and no suture.

Eyelid mass removal: This depends on the location and depth. You need to see an eye md/do who is experienced. Not all are comfortable with these.
